Before the batch starts
If you cancel before your batch begins, write to us and we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
After the batch starts
Once live sessions have begun, fees are generally non-refundable because your seat is reserved and materials are released. We may offer a transfer to a later batch in genuine cases.
Duplicate or failed payments
Any duplicate charge or amount deducted without confirmed enrolment is refunded in full. Bank credit usually takes 5–7 working days.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page with your name, payment reference and reason. We respond within 2 working days.
