We collect your name, phone number and email address when you enrol in a programme or contact us. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
Your details are used to confirm enrolment, add you to your batch group, send class schedules and reminders, and provide learner support.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with service providers that help us run the academy, such as our payment gateway and messaging platform.
Advertising & analytics
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Meta) on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve the relevance of the ads you see. The pixel records page views and actions you take, such as starting a checkout or completing a purchase, and sends that event data to Meta. This is done through both the browser pixel and Meta's server-side Conversions API. You can control how Meta uses your data for advertising by adjusting your preferences in your Meta ad settings.
Data retention
Enrolment records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
